The Ravi Dining Table by Old Biscayne Designs is my Favorite Find. It features maple wood in a Sheer Night finish with a 60 gloss. While it’s a tricky finish to achieve, the result is truly beautiful! This new shape and style has just arrived in the Mart showroom, and I absolutely love the center leaf!

“Our clients wanted to create a downtown get-away that was drastically different than their transitional suburban home in South Denver. We strived to create a Modern Luxe ambiance, utilizing a warm neutral palette of cream, pewter, and soft golden tones, which allows the downtown views to be the ‘artwork’. The styling is elegant, yet approachable, with unique details, exquisite light fixtures and timeless furniture designs.”

“The stunning prairie views surrounding this farmhouse were the primary selling point for my clients, and we wanted to bring that same beauty and warmth into the home. The color palette I selected contains many elements of the outdoors, and the furnishings include a spectacular dining room chandelier that makes one feel like they are dining under a canopy of trees.” – Julie Dunfee

“The large black artwork by Francine Turk behind the dining room table is a French poem written in dripping gold paint and serves as the inspiration for the dining room design. We wanted to create the moodiness and elegance of an urban French home.”
